It was like having a member of my family watch out for me as we went out looking at homes together. We first heard about Tristan by word of mouth. We had heard so many positive things about him that we decided to contact him. A few days later, he came over. He was very prepared, and did an excellent job explaining the process of selling our home. Using American Sign Language (ASL) makes the process much easier to understand. Our last realtor was hearing, didn’t know ASL, and it was becoming difficult for us to communicate.

Hiring Tristan was the right decision. His communication was excellent, and he was both understanding and patient. He got everything done quickly. It was wonderful to work with him.

Before listing our home, he made a number of recommendations, like having our home cleaned and staged to look beautiful. We were surprised by how quickly we sold.
