My nephew who purchased his first home and my niece and husband who purchased their first home and they had only positive things to say about Sam and her team and I would say they were spot on. Working with Samantha (Sam) and the Read Estate Team to sell my home has been a great experience from the first phone call to the closing of the sale. Sam gave valuable advise for final preparations and arranged for staging of my home which turned out beautifully. Sam and her team were a pleasure to work with and made a potentially stressful time very easy to deal with.

We first heard about Tristan by word of mouth. We had heard so many positive things about him that we decided to contact him. A few days later, he came over. He was very prepared, and did an excellent job explaining the process of selling our home. Using American Sign Language (ASL) makes the process much easier to understand. Our last realtor was hearing, didn’t know ASL, and it was becoming difficult for us to communicate.

Hiring Tristan was the right decision. His communication was excellent, and he was both understanding and patient. He got everything done quickly. It was wonderful to work with him.

Before listing our home, he made a number of recommendations, like having our home cleaned and staged to look beautiful. We were surprised by how quickly we sold. The team is very professional, yet friendly. They always responded within minutes to our emails/texts. Selling our house was very easy and stress free because of the Read Estate Team.
Samantha and her team are very organized. At the very first meeting, they showed up with the market analysis for our house and were ready to suggest a plan on price and timing. They even provided a detailed summary of the plan right after via email, which was super helpful. The Read Estate Team did an amazing job with staging and photoshoot for the house. It looked gorgeous. Samantha is well connected and referred us to numerous people, such as mortgage broker, lawyer, etc. all very professional.

I just want to take this time to thank everyone for your awesome efforts on our behalf to complete the sale of my aunt's house. You really excelled especially as we were getting to "the finish line" as Vanessa called it.
