From answering all of my questions, (even if I already asked 4x already,) without getting frustrated, to dealing with mini-panic attacks and anxiety, Sam & Courtney have made the whole process so much easier than it would have been with any other realtors I had spoken with prior to choosing Sam. Patience and being able to advise what's best opposed to trying to make a quick sale has been one of the best and most appreciated qualities about Sam as our realtor.

We first heard about Tristan by word of mouth. We had heard so many positive things about him that we decided to contact him. A few days later, he came over. He was very prepared, and did an excellent job explaining the process of selling our home. Using American Sign Language (ASL) makes the process much easier to understand. Our last realtor was hearing, didn’t know ASL, and it was becoming difficult for us to communicate.

Hiring Tristan was the right decision. His communication was excellent, and he was both understanding and patient. He got everything done quickly. It was wonderful to work with him.
